Meredith practices in the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Energy and Resources Law and has advised on a wide range of commercial transactions including takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, joint ventures and mining operational agreements. She has conducted comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs in those areas. Meredith has considerable experience in offshore transactions, having advised on a number of AIM, LSE, TSX and JSE listings and offshore capital raisings. She also advises on acquisitions and raisings by foreign entities in Australia.

Meredith was awarded "Best in Energy & Natural Resources" at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards in 2018. She was included in the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in December 2013 and has been voted by her peers as one of Australia's Best Lawyers for Corporate work and M&A. Meredith has been recognised by Legal 500 Australia as a leading individual within the Energy ranking for the past three years. Legal 500 2019 says Meredith Campion "stands head and shoulders above the rest and is invaluable to clients". Chambers 2019 says Meredith is noted for her expertise in the natural resources sector on cross-border listings. A referee states "She is hard-working, very confident, timely and has very good commercial sense - not just the law but interpreting the commercial issues." Further, it was noted that she "has very good interpersonal skills and is very good in negotiations, with the ability to keep people on the main points and push things forward."
