He has experience representing financial institutions in domestic and cross-border matters involving CLOs, renewable energy, tax equity, and commercial lending transactions. He joins the firm from Credit Suisse’s general counsel division and was previously an honors intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Washington, D.C. office.
