Lisa joined Allen & Overy's Employment & Benefits team in Frankfurt as an associate in 2016. She studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and completed her legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court District of Frankfurt, in New York and in The Hague.

Lisa advises national and international clients in all matters related to individual and collective employment law, such as the conclusion and termination of employment and service relationships as well as restructurings and M&A transactions. Furthermore, the focus of Lisa’s practice includes the advice on remuneration systems, on temporary agency work and on cross-border employment issues.
