Lisa is a partner based in our Johannesburg office. She is dual-qualified as both a South African attorney and a solicitor (England & Wales) and has experience of working in several jurisdictions outside of South Africa including the Middle East. She has acted for high-profile clients across both the domestic and international financial sectors and has developed a particular expertise in cross-border work. Lisa’s practice covers multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions (public and private), ECM transactions, general lending, restructuring, capital markets and private equity.

Lisa is ranked as “highly regarded” in the areas of Banking, Private Equity and M&A in IFLR1000 2018.
