John specializes in securitization and has extensive experience in SEC-registered offerings, private placements (Rule 144A, Regulation D and Section 4(a)(2))and Regulation S offerings.
John has played a key role in the drafting of comment letters for industry groups regarding various proposed regulations affecting offerings of asset-backed securities.
