Jessica advises trustees and employers of some of the largest UK pension funds on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious pensions issues, including legislative and regulatory compliance, member disputes, funding issues, liability management projects and benefit re-design. Clients value her hands-on approach and ability to communicate technical pension’s issues in a clear and simple way.

Jessica enjoys giving training both to internal trustee clients and to wider industry groups, including the Society of Professional Pensions, the PLSA and the Association of Pensions Lawyers.

Jessica also has a particular specialism in pensions tax law and she participates in the APL training programme providing pensions tax training to junior associates across other law firms. She also sits on the legal advisory group of the PLSA.

Jessica "knows our scheme backwards, is very proactive, and has a very good style in terms of explaining things clearly," Legal 500 UK 2019

"Jessica is a star. She communicates complex details succinctly. Her very key strength is her communication skills." Chambers UK 2019

"Provides top-quality advice." Legal 500 UK 2019
