Jay is head of the U.S. litigation practice at Allen & Overy LLP. He has broad-based general commercial litigation experience, representing leading investment and commercial banks, multinational corporations, hedge funds, and individual directors and officers. His primary area of concentration is corporate litigation, including class action, corporate governance, internal investigations, regulatory and general commercial litigation

The U.S. litigation practice is ranked among the top firms in the United States by Chambers USA and Legal 500 USA.
