Jay leads the real estate finance litigation group at Allen & Overy LLP. He has broad-based general commercial litigation experience, representing leading investment and commercial banks, multinational corporations, hedge funds, and individual directors and officers. His primary area of concentration is corporate litigation, including class action, corporate governance, internal investigations, regulatory and general commercial litigation.
