Ilja has a wide experience in national and international finance transactions, including structural adjustments, combined bank/bond financings and restructurings. He specialises in syndicated loans and acquisition finance transactions where he advises banks, financial institutions, sponsors and corporates. He is based in the Munich office of Allen & Overy, having previously worked in the Frankfurt and London offices.
