Helen combines fee-earning work with a significant role in keeping our award-winning team and its clients on top of constant legal and regulatory change.

With career experience in a wide range of scheme advisory and transactional work, including significant involvement in the privatisation of British Rail and in subsequent landmark pensions litigation, Helen brings a constant client focus to her knowledge lawyer role.

Helen has a strong reputation for technical pensions expertise and is known for her client-friendly explanations of complex pensions developments, and innovative delivery – from videos describing the auto-enrolment regime to weekly podcast updates about new developments and downloadable screencasts.

Helen also co-ordinates our cross-jurisdiction Global Pensions Practice, which brings together lawyers with pensions expertise from our offices around the world, as well as our cross-practice Pension Risk Group which offers sponsors, trustees and providers a seamless approach to all aspects of de-risking defined benefit pension schemes.
