Hannah is a practical and commercial legal adviser to clients across a number of sectors, advising them on all aspects of the employment law issues that arise in their businesses. Hannah spends time getting to know clients and their particular needs and challenges, working with them to navigate their most sensitive people issues and building strong relationships in the process.
Hannah has extensive experience acting for employers in disputes with current and former staff (including both employees and atypical workers), including in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. She regularly supports clients in the resolution of high-profile issues carrying particular legal and reputational risk, from complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims, through to investigations involving senior and board level individuals, and everything in between.
Hannah also regularly works alongside colleagues across the firm’s regulatory and corporate practices to advise on the employment aspects of investigations and transactions.
Hannah was recognised as an Associate to Watch for Employment in Chambers and Partners 2023: “She is very clever, diligent and brilliant with clients”.
