Guido is an associate in the Litigation practice group, and specialises in international arbitration and commercial and corporate litigation. He represents clients in disputes under various institutional rules (including the ICC and NAI) and before national courts, and regularly advises on a wide range of topics.
Guido has also worked in the Corporate practice group, where he advised on corporate and (commercial) contract law, with a focus on (private) M&A transactions. In 2019, he was seconded to ING Bank N.V. for a period of four months.
Guido joined Allen & Overy in 2016, after graduating from the University of Amsterdam in corporate and commercial law.
