Grace McLeish

Grace represents clients including lenders (both local and international financial institutions), borrowers, arrangers, and sponsors, in a broad range of local and multijurisdictional financing transactions. She is experienced in corporate finance, structured finance, receivables finance, debt restructuring, infrastructure finance, project finance, debt capital markets, and derivatives transactions. Through her experience Grace has worked across a variety of sectors including energy, coal, solar and financial services.
