Earl is a partner in Allen & Overy's Global Restructuring team and the Managing Partner of the London Restructuring Group. He has over 23 years restructuring experience advising creditors, funds, domestic and international debtor groups, private equity sponsors, hedge counterparties, financial institutions, securitisation servicers and special servicers, insolvency officeholders, scheme and company voluntary arrangement supervisors and nominees and other key stakeholders. 

Earl is recognised by clients, competitors and all major legal directories for his local and international restructuring expertise and experience. He is also recognised by Who's Who Legal as a “Thought Leader in Restructuring & Insolvency”.
