Earl is a partner in the global restructuring team and the Managing Partner of Allen & Overy’s London Restructuring Group. He has over 20 years restructuring experience advising creditors, funds, domestic and international debtor groups, private equity sponsors, hedge counterparties, financial institutions, securitisation servicers and special servicers, insolvency officeholders, scheme and company voluntary arrangement supervisors and nominees and other key stakeholders.
