Cliff is a consultant in Allen & Overy’s Litigation and Regulatory Practice in Hong Kong. He has a wide range of experience in financial regulatory matters. He has acted for a number of international financial institutions in significant regulatory, corruption and FCPA investigations involving banking and financial regulators and law enforcement agencies in Hong Kong, US, China, UK and other European countries.

Cliff also has a wide range of experience in financial mis-selling and commercial litigations. He has acted for a number of international financial institutions in court and arbitration proceedings involving disputes relating to mis-selling claims, derivative transactions, commercial disputes and significant debt recovery actions. Cliff speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
