Charlotte Haworth

Since qualification in September 2005 Charlotte has worked on a variety of banking transactions, ranging from the provision of credit facilities to investment grade borrowers and entities in developing markets to real estate financing. She also has experience in secondary debt transactions including single credit distressed debt trading and sub-participation programmes. More recently, Charlotte has been involved with a number of workouts and has acted for senior lenders, junior creditors and borrowers.
