Anne-Sophie advises on general regulatory matters (including CRD/CRR, MiFID, IFD/IFR, PSD, licencing requirements, governance issues, ESG topics, CSDR and AML/CTF topics).

She assists a large range of clients such as banks, investment firms, fintech companies, central securities depositories and support or specialised PFS.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2019, she worked for four years in a litigation law firm in France and two years with a major asset management company in London.

She holds an LLM in arbitration and dispute resolution from Queen Mary University London.

Anne-Sophie has been a member of the French bar since January 2012 and joined the Luxembourg bar since March 2020.
