Andrew advises on competition law and related issues.
He has a particular specialty and interest in issues at the intersection of competition law, industry regulation and microeconomics: mergers, behavioural antitrust, economic regulation, market studies and remedies implementation, subsidy control/state aid and public procurement. Andrew’s work typically involves a regulatory backdrop and/or significant cross-border dimensions, and he provides legal advice in areas that require understanding of complex microeconomic or quantitative issues. Recent work has involved issues in electricity and gas transmission and distribution, water utilities, financial services, technology, mining, music and FMCG markets.

A state owned petroleum company on the EU investigation into alleged territorial restrictions relating to the supply of LNG into Europe.
