Ana is specialized in employment law legal advise in restructuring procedures, collective dismissals and designing labour strategies to be implemented in a medium period as consequences of a deal procedure. She has been involved in a large number of company’s organizational changes, given legal advise and support not only during the phase of analyze in order to determine the legal consequences of the different alternatives and how to implement it but also during the implementation of the decision adopted, in relation with employees, worker’s representatives, procedures of EREs, substantial modifications of the labor conditions, agreements, negotiations, transfers, redundancies, etc.
