Agnes is a Partner in the International Capital Markets department of Allen & Overy's Hong Kong office. She has extensive experience in advising issuers and underwriters on debt capital markets transactions.

She is a leading expert in panda bond issuances in China acting for sovereigns, financial institutions and corporates. She is qualified to practise in Hong Kong and England and Wales and speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
