Advising Sigdo Koppers , the Chilean conglomerate listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange, on its EUR550m acquisition of the global business of Magotteaux group (Belgium).
Advising Campbell Soup Company, the manufacturer and marketer of high-quality foods and simple meals, on the sale of its business in Europe to CVC Capital Partners (CVC), the leading global private equity firm. The transaction includes Campbell’s national brands of soups, sauces and simple meals in Belgium, France, Germany and Sweden, as well as the sale of four plants in these countries.

- Navis Capital on the sale of Thai poultry processor Golden Foods Siam Ltd to BRF GmbH, an Austrian Subsidiary of BRF SA, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (BRF).
- Navis Capital on the acquisition of a stake in Nitipon International Group (NIG) from its founder. Nitipon Group is one of the largest operators of aesthetic clinics in Thailand operating more than 140 branches nation-wide.
- Thai Union Frozen Products on its USD1.51bn acquisition of Bumble Bee Seafoods from private equity firm Lion Capital.
- RSA on the disposal of a 21.75% stake in Syn Mun Kong Insurance Public Company Limited (SMK) to Mindo Asia Investments Limited and LeapFrog Thailand Holdings Limited.
- Anatis UK on the purchase of Cherry Valley Farms Limited, a UK company with operations in Europe and China.
- Dexia on the EUR380m sale of its asset management division, Dexia Asset Management Luxembourg SA and subsidiaries, to a consortium led by GCS Capital, a Hong Kong based strategic investor.
- Tessenderlo Chemie on the sale of Profialis, a supplier of polyvinyl chloride profiles for windows, doors and finishing products, to OpenGate Capital, the US private equity firm.
