Zsuzsanna is a member of the international capital markets practice group. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions including standalone bonds, commercial paper, EMTN and GMTN programmes.
She acts for both managers and issuers (including corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns) and she also has experience in the negotiation and documentation of structured products.
Zsuzsanna has previously worked in London and Hong Kong and she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Legal500 in 2022.
