Ze’ev’s experience includes a wide range of commercial and corporate finance transactions including public takeovers, private acquisitions, equity capital raises, private equity deals, black economic empowerment transactions and restructurings. Ze’ev has significant experience and expertise in transactions in the mining sector. Ze’ev is recommended by Legal 500 2021 for commercial, corporate and M&A.
