Yvonne is Managing Partner of Allen & Overy Beijing and Shanghai offices. She has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporates in Chinese inbound and outbound financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance and structured lending.

Yvonne has been consistently ranked Band 1 for China Banking and Finance by Chambers Asia Pacific.
