Yves is head of the Belgian Banking and Finance practice. Yves advises a mix of commercial banks, private debt funds and borrowers on financial transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance (especially in the renewable energy sector), syndicated loans, debt restructuring and asset-based finance.
Before joining the Banking & Finance department, Yves was a member of A&O Belgium’s Corporate department, covering corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
