Xavier's other noteworthy experience includes advising:

  • Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) on the acquisition from a UBS managed fund of a 100% shareholding interest in a construction project in Paris la Défense consisting in the demolition of an existing office building, known as “Les Saisons” (CB32), its redevelopment into a 51,200sqm office tower to be known as “Tour Alto” and its subsequent refinancing.
  • Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (PBB) as arranger in relation to the acquisition refinancing and redevelopment financing of “Centre Marine Pépinière” (two building located in Paris, rue Laborde) acquired by Eurosic from the French State.
