Wasin is an English law qualified banking lawyer who has significant experience assisting clients on a broad range of transactions including project financing, asset financing (particularly in the aviation sector), general corporate financing and corporate debt restructurings.

Wasin specialises in drafting and advising on facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, as well as other finance-linked documentation including project documents and hedging.

Prior to joining A&O’s Bangkok office, Wasin was an associate in the Banking and Finance practice of a full-service law firm headquartered in London, and has experience working in Singapore, London and Bangkok. He attained an LL.B. degree from King’s College London.
