Vittoria advises on general investment funds and regulatory matters in relation to Luxembourg regulated vehicles (UCITS, Part II UCIs, SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (limited partnerships and RAIFs), investing across a variety of asset classes such as private equity, venture capital, private debt, real estate and infrastructure.

She also advises on the establishment and licensing of alternative investment fund managers and fund management companies as well as on their ongoing regulatory obligations and cross-border issues. Vittoria advises sponsors, funds and fund service providers on complex regulatory issues as well.

She is a member of the Legal - Young Private Equity Leaders group, a sub-group of the LPEA’s Legal Committee.

Vittoria joined Allen & Overy in 2017, prior to which she gained experience in the regulatory department at one of the Big 4.
