Virginie works as Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) in our Corporate department. She is in charge of Know-How management in relation to general corporate matters, M&A and private equity. In particular, she performs legal monitoring, organises technical briefings, conducts sophisticated research, maintains know-how databases and develops templates (including automated templates).
Virginie holds a PhD in public law and also advises on public procurement issues.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2012, she worked as Knowledge Manager for another major law firm in Luxembourg.
