Victoria joined Allen & Overy’s Intellectual Property Department in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Private law (Paris II), a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property (Paris XII) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law (Trinity College Dublin).
Prior to joining the Paris office, Victoria completed several internships at international and niche law firms specializing in intellectual property litigation and transactional matters, as well as in the IP division of the Paris Judiciary Court.
Victoria’s professional practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on transactional and litigation matters, and more specifically in the field of copyright, trademarks, unfair competition and free-riding.
