Victor specialises in capital markets work, securities work, structured finance, secured lending, financial restructurings and corporate finance. He has an extensive international experience.

Victor advises Dutch and international financial institutions on complex structured finance transactions. He advises banks and companies on regulatory issues relating to banking and securities law. Victor in addition advises lenders and borrowers on various types of credit facilities and capital markets transactions, and on financial restructurings. His clients in this area include ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, HSBC and the Ministry of Finance. Victor is a professor of securities laws at Radboud University in Nijmegen, and he publishes regularly in prominent legal journals. He is also a member of the supervisory board of two financial institutions.
