Vianney is an associate in the public and environmental law team in our Paris office.
His expertise covers all areas of public law and regulatory (e.g., energy, transport, media, telecommunications, defence, foreign investment), environmental law (classified facilities, EU environmental law) and town planning law, both in advice and litigation.
He has also developed an expertise in contracts in the infrastructure sector and is involved on major transport and energy infrastructure projects.
