Veronika Havlova is a Senior Consultant at A&O Consulting, and supports clients across EMEA, with a heavy focus on providing predominantly UK and EU-based clients with strategic and practical advice surrounding navigating regulatory challenges they face.

Veronika's expertise spans a range of financial services firms, including banks and asset managers, as well as corporates. In particular, Veronika has deep experience advising clients on regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and financial crime matters. Her advice is pragmatic, and considers local expectations, as well as global context.

She has experience in advising clients on strategic, forward-looking change, such as driven by regulatory reform, as well as working closely with clients to deliver large-scale transformation and remediation projects. She regularly works closely alongside A&O's legal practice areas to provide seamless delivery encompassing legal advice, industry insights, and practical considerations.

Prior to joining A&O Consulting, Veronika worked at a regulatory consultancy working with clients on governance, conduct and financial crime matters, and also spent a year on secondment in a Nordic bank, delivering a large scale Compliance transformation project.
