Veerle specialises in Public law and advises both on transactional and contentious matters. Veerle has particular experience in advising on public procurement (national and European) and regulatory issues as well as PPPs, where she has broad experience in advising on complex Belgian and international PPP projects covering a wide range of sectors.

In the context of Environmental law, Veerle regularly advises clients on matters involving non-compliance issues with environmental regulations and/or permit conditions. Her experience includes both advisory and transactional work, as well as litigation before the Belgian and EU courts. Given her knowledge of public international law, and her internship at the Immediate Office of the Registrar of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, Veerle often works on matters with a European or an international angle.
