- EUR 350m.: The lenders of the SEMOP Port la Nouvelle (held notably by Deme Concessions, the Région Occitanie, CDC, and Europort), concession holder of the concession contract related to the renovation and extension of the port of Port La Nouvelle, France.
- Engie on several offshore wind projects in France.
- The lenders on the refinancing of the French assets of Reden Solar (ex Fonroche, French independent solar power producer Reden Solar), consisting in 150 operating solar photovoltaic parks.
- NGE, Altitude Infra, Marguerite, Quaero and Caisse des Dépots et Consignations in relation to the financing construction operation and maintenance of the first very high speed telecom network in the Alsace region.
- The mandated lead arrangers in the context of the financing of the joint venture to be held by Cellnex (at 51%) and Bouygues Telecom (49%), which purpose is to deploy the national optical fiber network by Bouygues Telecom and accelerate the 5G deployment in France.
- The mandated lead arrangers in relation to the financing of the joint venture between Phoenix Tower International (Blackstone) (60%) and Bouygues Telecom (40%) for the deployment and maintenance of telecom towers in France.
- The lenders of the consortium composed of Aéroports de Paris, SNCF Réseau and Caisse des dépôts on the CDG Express project to connect Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris by rail. Our clients will have to partially finance the infrastructure operated by the consortium.
- Aurora Tornio Oy, Aurora Kilpilahti Oy and KS Financing Oy on the refinancing of three industrial electricity grids located in Finland and capex lines made available to each of the three above mentioned entities.
- The hedging banks on the refinancing of the A19 motorway, France.
- The lenders on the refinancing of the Paris Court House.
