Tomáš specializes mainly in capital markets law and has participated on a number of domestic and international debt securities transactions, including covered bonds and structured financial instruments.
Tomáš focuses also on new developments in the capital markets area, including the new Prospectus Regulation and various topics connected with corporate bonds regulations.
