- W.A.G. payment solutions , a.s. (CZ) on acquisition of a majority interest in Sygic, a.s, leading provider of mobile-app-based navigation.
- Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) on the acquisition of a 30% stake in EP Infrastructure, a portfolio of infrastructure assets (gas TSO, gas DSO, underground gas storages, electricity DSO and gas and electricity suppliers and producers), from EPH.
- A real estate investment trust company on sale of its logistics parks in Central Europe (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic).
- Patrick Hessel, founder of c2i, an innovative manufacturer of carbon components for cars and airplanes on all aspects of his gradual divestment of his stake in c2i to LG Hausys and renegotiation of the existing shareholders’ agreement.
