Tom Lindley

He advises sponsors, developers, governments, lenders, IOCs and contractors on the development and delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects in jurisdictions around the world, with a particular focus on power (including nuclear), water and oil & gas projects.  Tom works with all types of construction, operation & maintenance, concession, joint venture, supply and offtake, equity and other commercial contracts, from their development and negotiation through to their subsequent implementation during all stages of a project’s life.
