Tom is co-head of our Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) practices globally. He has in-depth expertise of the telecoms and technology sectors, having spent over 20 years at Allen & Overy as associate and partner advising clients in these sectors in developed and developing markets. Tom’s practice focuses on complex commercial, regulatory and IP matters, advising on both stand-alone projects as well as corporate transactions. He also provides sector specialist support on project and corporate finance transactions.
