Tom specialises in financial litigation and restructuring. His practice covers commercial and financial dispute resolution, representing and providing strategic advice to corporates and financial institutions in complex and cross-border matters. Tom has experience in asset-based lending, especially financing of goods in transit.

Tom joined Allen & Overy from a major Dutch bank, where he was in-house counsel for the commercial finance department. He holds a PhD in secured transaction law (pledges on shares in limited liability companies).
