Tobias advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking and finance law matters. He has more than twenty years of experience in asset finance, project finance and leasing transactions mainly in the transportation and energy sector with a focus on aircraft, rolling stock, ships, wind and solar parks as well as real estate.
He has gained vast industry expertise, has deep knowledge of market practice and is familiar with a wide range of transaction structures. His practice generally covers all sorts of complex financings, refinancings and restructurings as well as sector and asset specific advice in relation to aircraft, ships and all types of rolling stock.
