Timon advises on general investment fund and regulatory matters in relation to Luxembourg regulated and unregulated alternative investment vehicles, including with respect to the establishment of such vehicles, both within a domestic and cross-border context.
He holds a Master’s degree in international commercial law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, an LLM in international financial law from King’s College London as well as an MBA / Master’s degree in management and business law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Timon joined Allen & Overy in 2020.
