Tim is a partner in A&O’s global restructuring team based in London. Tim specialises in advising funds and alternative asset managers on distressed investments and restructurings and has worked on a variety of high profile restructuring transactions.

Tim previously worked for four years in-house at a leading global institutional investment management firm with assets under management in excess of USD30 billion, advising on distressed investments and restructuring transactions across Europe and Asia Pacific.
