Tim specialises in corporate and securities law and is particularly experienced in equity offerings and public and private mergers and acquisitions. His recent experience includes advising on the rights issue of KPN and ING Groep, Corio on its takeover by Klépierre, the underwriters in the IPO of Lucas Bols and Refresco Gerber on its IPO, Sweco on its public bid for Grontmij and Ahold on its merger of equals with Delhaize. Tim also advised the Dutch Ministry of Finance on the nationalisation of SNS REAAL.
