Tim Nikolas Müller advises domestic and international companies on all aspects of white collar crime and compliance. He is highly experienced in advising on criminal matters involving tax, capital markets and anti-corruption law, as well as fraud and breach of trust.

Tim Nikolas Müller has successfully defended numerous companies in complex criminal and administrative offence proceedings. His expertise also covers advising on cross-border investigations of foreign authorities. In addition, his practice focuses on advising clients on economic and financial sanctions regulations and anti-money laundering issues. Furthermore, he specialises in conducting internal investigations.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Tim Nikolas Müller had been a member of the white collar practice group of another leading international law firm for more than six years. During this time he was seconded to the litigation and regulatory enforcement team in the legal department of a global bank for several months. He regularly speaks on subjects related to his advisory practice.
