Tim advises and represents clients in national and cross-border arbitration proceedings as well as before state courts, with a particular focus on energy disputes.

His experience prior to joining Allen & Overy included working in the litigation practice groups of a US and a major German firm in Berlin. He holds a LL.M. from King’s College London focussing on both commercial arbitration and litigation.
