Tessa, who is an English law qualified associate in our Amsterdam Litigation team, specialises in international arbitration with a particular focus on energy, technology and construction arbitration.
She has represented clients in numerous national and international arbitrations under UNCITRAL and institutional rules.
She also has experience of advising on and conducting UK and cross-border investigations involving a broad range of issues, including financial crime (civil and criminal), whistleblowing, cultural issues and non-financial misconduct (including, in particular, allegations of bullying, harassment, discrimination and sexual misconduct). Tessa has represented clients that are involved in regulatory investigations, including investigations conducted by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
