Teresa has a Law Degree and a Diploma in Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). In addition, Teresa has completed an L.L.M. (Master in Laws) at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a specialization in Business law and Intellectual Property.

Teresa has experience in insolvency, restructuring and guarantee enforcement; in this respect, she has advised different national and international financial institutions. She has also advised national and international financial institutions. She has also advised national and international clients in civil and comercial proceedings, as well as in Intellectual Property matters.
