Tarsis (Hali) has substantial experience in Indonesian banking and finance, major projects, and corporate restructuring transactions.
He has unrivaled experience advising on complex banking transactions involving foreign lenders and sponsors as well as Indonesian state-owned entities. Tarsis also has deep experience in infrastructure projects and Indonesian Public Private Partnership (PPP) regulations, including toll, water, and ports. He is an expert in toll road projects, having advised in some of the most high-profile projects in Indonesia.
He has also deep experience advising on natural resources transactions, including some high-profile and groundbreaking nickel and smelter projects.
