Sylvia is a banking and finance lawyer with significant experience in a wide range of finance transactions, including project, credit and structured finance, syndicated loans, equipment financing and asset-based lending.
Sylvia has particular experience in managing major complex cross-border transactions in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable resources, acting for both lenders and borrowers alike. Her other practice areas include debt restructuring, banking regulatory law and sustainable finance.
Sylvia is qualified in Greece and in New York, and she holds an LL.M. in Environmental & Energy Law from New York University and an LL.M. in Financial Regulation from the Athens Law School.
